This document provides directions for an activity to connect stars in constellations by tracing them on paper. It also discusses learning outcomes about describing and creating constellation models. 3. Directions:
● After you get the material, form a circle and
place the Manila paper lying flat on your
waste level.
● Using the marker, connect the stars through
mapping under the paper.
● Make #1 as starting point then connect up to
last numbered point.
● You are not allowed to bend; stand still.
● Duration is 3 mins; first team to finish wins.

20. Mechanics:
• Divide the group into two.
• Form the group, and each student
must have a phone to be used.
• A picture of constellation or asterism
will be displayed for 10s.
• Using their flashlight, the students will
create their version of the picture.

• Choose a circumpolar constellation you see
in the night sky and create a model out of it.
• Be resourceful and try to make it creative.
• This is a group work while grading will be
individually done.
