THE STEPS IN THE PROCESS
• Preparation: facilitator asks for information about the organization, the team, looking
for conflict events.
• The facilitator clarifies the intention or question in conjunction with the client

• Observing a visual kinesthetic map of the issue
• Exploration of this map
