ASSESSMENT
Pre-assessment is an action or strategy at the start of
instruction that displays participant’s incoming
knowledge and skills and in turn informs teaching
and learning. It can occur at the start of a lesson, the
beginning of a unit, or the introduction of a new
idea, concept or skill.

WHAT IS PRE-TRAINING ASSESSMENT Pre-assessment is an action or strategy at the start of instruction that displays participant’s incoming knowledge and skills and in turn informs teaching and learning. It can occur at the start of a lesson, the beginning of a unit, or the introduction of a new idea, concept or skill. TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE - OCM SELF-ASSESSMENT Base on the gathered DATA from the participants, the Result of the assessments will give quality outcomes. The information will help to improve future Operational Planning and Monitoring & Evaluation workshop and meet technical assistance needs more efficiently. PARTICIPANTS • The Pre-Training Assessment consist of 18 personnel. • The following DATA will indicates how the participants evaluated the Pre-Training Assessment.
