Prior to the issue being presented,the data demonstratesa statistically significant drop in knowledge among
the participants. The findings of the pre-test do not correspond to the results of the topical talks. When
asked to rate their knowledge, the participants stated that they were "not acquainted with the topic, but I am
familiar with the principles." However, at the conclusion of the conversation, the participants discovered
that they are not yet prepared to serve as technical staff for the TMS-OCM.
The data show the rating of the assessment in the conduct of the activity to be satisfactory. With the rating
scale of 4 for Very Satisfactory, 3 for Satisfactory, 2 for Good and 1 for Poor, the respondents rated the
participants for the lowest. It is assessed that the content is relevant to the Technical Management Service
(TMS) with the clear objectives. The coverage was complete and organized. The pacing was appropriate,
sensible and interesting. The topics were practicaland quiet simple to comprehend. The training workshop
activities were helpful with enough preparation and interactive methodology. The resource person and food
service got a sane very satisfactory rating. The content, accommodation schedules/activities was assessed
bases on the evaluation of the participants.
For the comments and recommendation of the participants:
The participants expressed a desire to have the resource person participate in the office’s additional
capacity-building activities. In addition, the participants expressed a desire to see more trainings kike this,
where the location and conducive environment will be given.
