meaning of skilled person should be understand by all examiners &

So we can describe fundamentals of reforms as it is the conservation of
resources with uses is simultaneous action like saving against
expenditure of currency. It’s the best way to fight against imbalance in

or have lack of resources & make reforms by simple living only by good
feeding ,reading ,writing for personality development & reforms are
physical activities based & attraction towards new is based on best

So it doesn’t matter that which state more beneficial either only
conservation & reforms without expenditure or all three in equilibrium?
And graphical studies are essential to adopt more beneficial method to
change entire world with peaceful & satisfactory methods in positive
direction forever.
