to a great resume?

5. • Keep it to 1-2 pages maximum, we don’t want a novel.
• Very clearly outline your skills, and contributions to projects/teams.
• Offer context for any gaps in employment, or experiences under a year.
• Pro-Tip: Find a way to be memorable; incorporate graphic design elements
into your resume, or make it interactive with a QR code.

• Use the opportunity to show passion for solving the company’s problems vs.
bragging about your experience or skills.
• Make direct correlations from your past experiences and how those are
applicable to the role and don’t be afraid to offer up tangible solutions.
• Pro-Tip: pose a question to the hiring manager or recruiter that they may have
not considered yet, to really show your dedication to their problem set.

already pushing the search forward towards the closing date)
• Take time to answer the application questions if there are any, those
questions are just as important as your cover letter or resume.
• Make all your content digestible and always relate your skills and
