Inspection Checklist
is the responsibility of the
Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department
will then take the required actions
for identified hazards
9. Hazard, Incident & Injury Reporting Procedures
• Immediately report all hazards, incidents and injuries to
your Manager
• Complete an Accident/Incident Report Form and record
any injuries on the Register of Injuries
• If claiming Workers Compensation, ask your Manager to
contact your insurance company
• Keep regular contact with your Manager and insurance
company
• Keep copies of any injury related documents
