The goal is to help develop future plans to address problems teaching physical education online.

They introduced three basic behavior management strategies and three powerful instructional strategies that will greatly improve student behavior and learning. PARTICIPANTS, RESPONDENTS & TECHNIQUE USED • Physical Education Instructors in the Higher Education of Saint Louise De Marillac College of Sorsogon (SLMCS). • Qualitative Research since it focuses on the experiences of the P.E Instructors during the new normal. Their answers will be analyzed carefully and summarized to answer the questions of the research.
- 6. RESEARCH DESIGN • The researcher used reflexive thematic analysis as a method in the analyzation of data in qualitative form to answer various questions about people’s experiences, ideas, view, principles and judgements.
- 7. INSTRUMENTATION/TOOL USED: • Interview Form • Interviews were structured using the statement of the problem, questions in connection with the Statements of the problems were carefully made. Questions were administered to the respondents and were assured that whatever answers that they have will be treated with outmost confidentiality. Answers are carefully analysed and validated to answer the research problem.
