 Providing relevant and useful feedback to

blogs, electronic devices that can be useful in
aligning the course and module level objectives
to enable the learner to meet expectations.
 Course information provides details of where
course content can be found. Objectives are clearly
defined and the learner understands what is
expected.
 Example, the learner should read Chapter 1 in the
text, answer the questions marked highlights of the
Chapter, complete a short essay on how Technology
has effected the learner’s performance in online
courses, interact with at least a peer, who reviews
your essay with feedback.
 Assessment of online activities and work. The
course level and module level objectives and
competencies are aligned to the work
completed in the course. This work is assessed
to determine if students were successful in
meeting expectations. In quality matters, the
threshold is 85%.
 Showing empathy, compassion and a
respectful demeanor in feedback given to the
online learner. The comments should address
the work completed, not ones emotions.
 Determining is the learn met expectations. The
student’s strengths and weaknesses should be
pointed out, with feedback on how to improve
their work. An array of online resources should
be used in delivering the course, online and
blended formats. …The objective is to create a
savvy QM Reviewer.
 The End.
