Available for physical, social and

Approximately 1.5 Km distance from
residential area
Size : 2-8 Acres

Seremban S2 City Park

built by IJM Land (a development group with
the aim is to develop a culture with high quality
and an improving process)

7. community events were held
"Mud ball for a Greener Earth" on Earth Day,
19 April 2012 that was organized by IJM Land
opened in year 2005

6.07 hectares
distance from residential area around 1km
cater around 3,000-12,000 people
serves several adjoining neighborhood namely
Seremban 2, Saffron Seremban 2, Garden Homes, and
Arovana Indah
have sports fields, courts, picnic area, parking area, lake
and basketball court.

settlement which is known as Cheng Sua Lai
(English: Green Hills Interior)
