- 5. LOCAL CASE STUDY: Seremban S2 City Park
- 6. Historical Background built by IJM Land (a development group with the aim is to develop a culture with high quality and an improving process)
- 7. community events were held "Mud ball for a Greener Earth" on Earth Day, 19 April 2012 that was organized by IJM Land opened in year 2005
- 8. Characteristic 15 acres / 6.07 hectares distance from residential area around 1km cater around 3,000-12,000 people serves several adjoining neighborhood namely Seremban 2, Saffron Seremban 2, Garden Homes, and Arovana Indah have sports fields, courts, picnic area, parking area, lake and basketball court.
