the 70 s as a scare tactic to persuade teenagers into saying no to pot; the film depicts

possession charge there costs that go into arresting, prosecuting, and imprisoning
the individual being charged. Multiply those costs by 440,000, and that is a
staggering amount of money spent each year just on minor possession charges.
