Suggestion for a definition: “CoHousing includes
intentional, inclusive communities with varying
degrees of resident participation in planning and
managing the apartments or homes, common
spaces and infrastructures, gardens etc. It is a
non-speculative form of collaborative ownership”.

within Europe often institutional differences within the
seemingly same structure (eg. cooperatives)
