advert
• A radio advert can range from 15-60 seconds, but the average is 30
seconds.
• It will tell you the qualities of a product.
• Often contains a ‘’jingle’’ and a voiceover onto explaining the
advert. The ‘’jingle’’ is included to make it more memorable.
• The volume of the voiceover normally gets louder towards the
middle, then fades out at the end.
• Normally a woman voiceover, but this depends on the type of
product and the target audience.
• Contains a slogan of the product.
• Heavy persuasive language.
• Music is created from own inspiration and rarely copyrighted.
• Language use will be tailored to demographic.
