transmission, steel tower, construction, has punching, marking
and cutting functions, Supertime provides machine design and
manufacture according to actual needs.

3. Machine needs only 2 operators.
Take 25m CNC angle punching machine for
example, machine is equipped with full sets of
automatic feeding system, automatic unloading
system, electrical system etc, high automation
degree and easy operation.

4. Some operation instructions:
1. Strict training before operation, be familiar with safety and warning signs.
2. Check all key parts before turning on machine, and close PC, controller, electrical
cabinet, power after work.
3. Oil temperature should be controlled below 50℃, pressure no lower than
0.35MPa, avoid system damage.
4. Clean punching heads every time before using, N46 machine oil for lubrication.
Oiling guide surface and clean chips or grease with pneumatic air gun. Use N46
machine oil and calcium base grease for gear rack oiling.

5. Clean chips timely to ensure machine normal working.
6. Keep away from material tumbling frame.
7. Don’t pass before safe protective railing device when machine is running.

6. 8. Cut off power when adjusting or changing punching heads, letter groups.
9. Don’t adjust system pressure without authorization, in case of needs, inform
repairman to adjust.
10. Don't process seriously bent steel angle, causes gauge line error.
11. Check and adjust regularly fastening nut on punching head, to prolong mold and
punching rod service time.

7. 12. Adjust marking pressure and time based on different steel angle material,
shorten marking time when marking is clear. Put stamping letters in middle part
of letter box.
13. Turn on cooling device when oil temperature exceeds 40℃.
14. When machine restarts, ensure control system in correct initial state.
