The OECD
• The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development
(OECD) is an inter-governmental organisation comprised of 38
member countries, that works to build better policies for better lives.
• Building on a whole-of-government approach and strong stakeholder engagement, we
work on establishing evidence-based international standards, and finding solutions to a
range of social, economic and environmental challenges.
• Leveraging our convening power, we provide a unique forum and knowledge hub for
data and analysis, exchange of experiences, best-practice sharing, and advice on public
policies and international standard-setting.

Building on OECD experience the CEFI Roadmap:
Clean Energy Finance and Investment Roadmap
The Roadmap also outlines opportunities to tailor market and policy
interventions and evaluates the need to develop additional investment
vehicles able to attract institutional capital at scales.

Stakeholder engagement is key
Through this Workshops:
7. • Building on the Roadmap strong stakeholder engagement approach, this Workshop
has three objectives:
1. Providing a platform for collaboration and dialogue between key stakeholders;
2. Collectively identify and discuss key challenges and roadblocks for clean energy
finance and investment in the country – which will feed into the Roadmap;
3. Help identify focus areas of the Roadmap (e.g., geographical areas or sectors the
Roadmap will explore in greater depth).
• Subsequent workshops will focus on solutions as well as operationalisation aspects of
the roadmap.
