2. Mobile PPM - Clarity v13
For years now mobile applications have been driving how web apps
should be designed. Clarity PPM v13 fulfills that promise and allows
your iPad/tablet users access to Clarity with a very friendly user
interface.
More user-friendly UI/ look & feel plus iPad compatible technology
provides easier navigation & access to information, e.g.:
– In-line editing for grids and lists allows for more effective editing
of data.
– Display as Pop-up/multi-tabbing
– New Gantt features
– Use of iPad compatible html-5 based charts allows for more
effective viewing of dashboards on the tablet

3. This presentation doesn’t discuss all the new
features of CA Clarity v13, but rather focuses
on the improvement in usability as it relates to
tablets, in particular the most widely used,
iPad.

4. Tablet Strategy in Implementing
Clarity v13
• Clarity v13 implementation/upgrades will now require that we
add a phase to the project plan to handle tablet impact.
• While not required for all organizations, it might be a high
priority for some others.
• As we enter this new age of Clarity maturity, end user
experience will drive adoption and we should see more and
more organizations leaning towards tablet experience.
