We hear a lot of different challenges from our customers that have SharePoint. Often SharePoint is deployed in an environment and its not treated as a critical platform. From there it evolves and it can quickly become a nightmare for administrators if you donāt take control of your environment early on.
It is important to measure and continuously monitor the end-user experienceā¦If your users are anything like me, I have no patience for slow page load times or slow document uploadsā¦it is important to be notified about these latency issues before your users complain and stop using SharePoint.
SharePoint can evolve very quickly without any notice because it is user driven. You need to have visibility and control over the environment in order to scale your resources and capacity.
Proactively Monitoring your environment allows you to quickly identify the root cause of issues before your help desk is swamped with end-user complaints.
