This document discusses a project to simplify the Business Permits and Licensing System (BPLS) through citizen engagement. The project aims to make the BPLS easier for businesses to comply with by gathering feedback from citizens on their experiences with the current system and incorporating their suggestions. The project will conduct an information campaign, citizen satisfaction surveys, focus groups, and participatory planning with a technical working group to understand issues with the current system and develop improvements. The goals are to increase ease of doing business and client satisfaction with a more streamlined, customer-centric BPLS.
