  Consulting Technical Solutions Manager. He has 35 years in the
  Industry and has worked on many International Deals.
Please be aware that whilst there may be a slight
     thought of negativity for this type of industry,
especially in these current economic times, there has not
    been a new player into the “general” Real Estate
Industry, on a National level, for quite some time, apart
 from a US based operator that has entered the market
                 over the past few years.
We have the evidence to show that there are thousands
 of individuals that hold / or have held a Real Estate
         License or Certificate over past years.




  This will prove to be a strong field for recruitment to
   our operations, along with the ability to train them
         through our in-house RTO operations.
Offer them the work through our STRONG
  and AGGRESSIVE TELEMARKETING
    operations from the MILLIONS of
  Businesses (2 Million) and Commercial
Properties (7 Million) that are for sale and
 for lease at any one time throughout the
                   year!!!
This will prove to be a successful transition for many
sales persons that have left the industry … TOTALLY
 DISORIENTATED … because of the lack of training
  that they have previously experienced from small-
 medium operators that they have worked with and
  experienced previously. Many Small Agencies are
                  failing regularly!!!
This is a major factor in our future operations that we
will encompass, as we are well aware of the cost related
to “losing” good staff and members to an organization.
As a Company, we offer the prospect of
                          a National Business Broker as well as
                                  entering into the Commercial,
                          Industrial, Investments and Property
                                            Management arena.
We will target “Businesses for Sale”
  operations, knowing that we will
meet the needs of Businesses across
   Australia and beyond, through
 their additional business interests
in Commercial, Industrial Property
 and Finances, that each one needs.
Thus the development of a “One Stop Shop” operation.




These will self perpetuate into many listings (and cash
 flow for the advertising dollars that we project) and
 traditionally, from these listings, we will generate a
     strong Sales operation and huge cash flows.
Historically, it has been proven that
the companies that have succeeded
 in tough economic downturns are
  the ones that have continued to
               expand.
This is a tremendous opportunity for our company to
do so on a National forum, knowing that we have the
ability to attract “dissatisfied and disorientated” sales
 persons, when we outsource our training operations
           with our in-house RTO operations.

it will quickly open doors to any “seller” in this tough
economic environment as people simply want results,
  and with highly trained staff, we will get the results
 from the thousands of listings that we will procure as
these listings … traditionally, open up more and more

extend to Commercial Industrial Property , as we see
 the need , organically through the demands of the
        Vendors, of Businesses we list to sell.

It is envisaged that we will engage in a strong
            TELEMARKETING campaign to list as many
                Businesses as possible in NSW as we are
                    currently Licensed in this State.
 This will allow us to start Listing immediately, as we
  look to employ, from the “many” Licensed Agents
   ACROSS NSW (initially), knowing that there are
 thousands (across Australia) that are “disillusioned”
with the Industry and its “work practices” of past years,
    and we see an opportunity to convert these idle
LICENSEES into a productive unit for our operations ,
  with our proposed work ethic that we will imply to
 have them enjoy a “residual” income by better use of
                    their Licenses…
This is an area that is seldom addressed by Management of
   a Business. We will place a very strong emphasis on
 assisting the Licensees to use their times more effectively
towards the LISTING area of each day, than to waste time
            in a false sense of economies of scale.

 A strong emphasis on Listing a new
     Business at $1000 is better than
   utilized , for the company, as the
  listing brings the enquiry , be it for
 additional LISTINGS and / or Buyer
        enquiries, and this will be
     STRONGLY ADVOCATED !!!

 will not cut across it, however, I would like
      to add that we should bump up the
     $500,000 to $1 Million for our Capital
  raising to encompass the development of
    the CrisisManagementSUPPORT.com
   module that we discussed just now … as
      this, developed, with a proper RTO
    operation, as discussed , will be a great
   INCOME source for Citisales & Leasing
operations, knowing of course, that just one
listing is a peppercorn seed to many income
 sources for our operations across Australia.

I would like my involvement in the area of running
Victoria through the last email I emailed u in particular
liquation‟s, insolvency, helping clients with
bookkeeping/tax wk, giving them the advise to get
back on track.

Have people that can do all the compliance wk and I
can manage that with them and see it all the way
through to get client results...

I love what I do and very good at what I do, I believe in
getting results and have the right attitude to make
things happen for clients.
Small business coach look at all areas of business.
Structure, marketing, selling business, debt levels,
assessing the financial viability of business.

Another area on site could be credit management
talking to creditors negotiating debts, insolvency,
bankruptcy, removing defaults for people.
