HISTORY AND NATURE OF BUSINESS
Osifo Samson &Co is a Nigerian owned consultancy service firm that focuses
on Financial Advisory Rules, Facilitate Bank Loans and Overdraft, Financial
Investigation, Debt Recovery, Bank charges review and Reconciliation, Tax
Management, Project Management, Market Planning and Business
Development.
We are duly registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with our
innovative and strategic business plans; we are taking consultancy services to
the next level. We have identified the need for an effective, efficient and
reliable consultancy services to be functional in Lagos State as the commercial
nerves of the world’s most populous black nation and other major cities,
based on the business activities.
OsifoSamson & Co entered the consultancy services based on the vast
knowledge acquired in finance and financial management and in general
corporate financial reporting. The brand name with several services which
are woven around the concept of PRUDENCY
This unique concept with a complete shift from the normal traditional way of
offering our client a good time service in good times as we make a difference.
We have committed our resources to research and development in the area of
using information and communication technology to create easy and
convenient ways of identifying errors and detecting fraud in any financial
statement through accounting software and computation for interest
valuation and obtain better services than what is being offered regularly of a
logistic and affordable cost.
The essence of our brand is to provide management and financial services
with a difference (locating best global practices). We have employed a
requisite and adequately mentored workforce that can drive the dream and
walk the talk.
GOALS
Our short-term goal is to grow from our financial management service
consultancy to an appreciable level to cover major business opportunities and
facilities in Lagos State in two (2) to four (4) years. This we hope to extend to
major part of the country.
Our long-term goal is to grow to other major African countries within a
period of ten (10) to fifteen (15) years from operational inception. Taking
advantages of the vacuum existing in the financial and management sector,
we hope to assist in developing people, add value service and make profit.
OUR SERVICES
We appreciate the class and capital differentials in the society and we have
thus segmented our offering to satisfy extended market demand. At present,
we are consulting for over One Hundred (100) companies both financial
institutions and registered companies by the Corporate Affairs Commission.
We have been able to achieve these without any form of formal marketing and
advertisement. Our clients had been strictly on referrals and below the line
advertising since we were careful to avoid demand glut.
 AS FINANCIAL ADVISERS: We have commenced financial
consultancy in terms of advising in the process of making decision on a
viable project. The project which may be independence, mutually
exclusive and contingency project. We give our best advice and decision
on such project and financial statement in general.
 FACILITATE BANK LOANS AND OVERDRAFT: We also render
services called loans and overdraft. The preparation of the proposal by
the firm (Osifo Samson &Co) for her client has help to facilitate and
make things easy for the collection of loans and overdraft which the
company will identify through the operating cycle in term of the
working capital of such organization.
 FINANCIAL INVESTIGATION: This is also another premium services
where value added services are offered to clients. Financial
investigation is another name for Audit management. This is a process
where all financial transactions are investigated through its financial
statement (Trading, Income Statement and Balance Sheet) these have
helped in the detection and prevention of fraud.
 AS DEBT RECOVERY AGENT: This is primarily what has made the
Organization (OsifoSamson& Co.) well known in the financial sector
and in general financial institution. Our tactical way of resolving issues
in term of collecting money back from different borrowers from the
bank has generated a lot of concerned for both the bank and the
borrower. Most of the Remedial Asset Management (Recovering
Department) had seen our service as one of the best.

clients. We help organization and individual to identify allowances&
relief of tax incentive given by the government in terms avoidance.

OSIFO Samson is an accountant and a Financial Management expert,
formally the Financial Director of OSAFURE (NIG.) LTD and also a senior
consultant with Emma Elliot & Associates where he specialize in
investigating financial statement and debt recovery. He is the founder of
Fosam Institute where he Lectures Financial Management, Taxation, Financial
Reporting and Management Accounting; he was formerly the Account Officer
of Amingo International Limited. Presently, he is the Principal Partner of
OSIFO SAMSON &Co, Managing Director (MD) of OMORONTIONMA
(NIG.) LTD RC: 901645 and FOSAM GLOBAL INVESTMENT LTD. located
in Georgia in USA.
OSIFO Samson has is first degree in Accounting and Masters of Science
Degree (M.Sc) in Finance both from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Master of
Science (M.Sc) in Accounting from University of Lagos; he also has Master’s
in Business Administration (MBA) specialist in Financial Management from
Lagos State University, Presently he is working on is PHD in Financial

2. IYKE OTUGO is presently the Project/ Property Manager; he is a
certified Project Manager who heads the Real Estate department of

3. OMODELE ADEDAYO is presently lecturing in Lagos State
University, Ojo as Part-Time lecturer. She has her first degree in
