FORMATION OF PURE CAPITAL GROUP
We provide small business owners access to
funding for their business. The funding
requirements are based on the health of the
business, not the individual.
This levels the playing field for many small
business owners that may have unfavorable
personal credit profiles making it impossible
to receive traditional funding from a bank.
Many businesses receive funding in as little
as 48 hours.■ REINFORCE BRANDING

MERGER DISCUSSIONS
We have been engaged by three different competitors, all based
in the USA. Each in their own respect has a market share of
business which is different than ours. They each either have a
footprint within geographic areas where we have no presence or
they target a different customer base then we do as in the Asian,
African, and Middle Eastern markets.
Our discussions are tied
to a buyout of their
company or a potential
joint venture with the
goal of making us a
larger entity for
buying power and
greater market share.

BILATERAL GROUP TRADING LINE- $2 Million
• Major Tier One Carriers receive standard 30 net 30 Payment Terms
• Carriers reserve profitable swap deals for preferred partners. 15 – 20% PROFIT MARGIN
• Typically our carriers buy from us at a ratio of 2 to 1.
• We get low rates from our suppliers by paying 7 net 7 terms.
• We need capital to pay difference owed to suppliers for the 2 to 1 swap & 7 net 7 terms
• Shorter the payment terms = lower rate cost.
This is where we earn our profit!
57. www.pureminutes.com
As we successfully venture into our fifth
anniversary, Pure Minutes is a very different
company than we were 5 years ago.
We have grown through a disciplined
strategy of increasing subscribership
through our free trials giveaways and
securing preferential rates with our carrier
partners based off of our network usage.
Our business channel is broader and deeper
than it has ever been, and we believe the
company is positioned to capitalize on growth
as customer needs for telecom-related
products and services increase.
