Key Partners of this food chain is all the all the food item franchises like
Dominos, Moti Mehal, Rolls, Subway, Keventers, Amul, etc. Moreover the
students, health center and mess committees are to be considered the
partners in this food chain.
2. Key Activities
Key Activity is to providestudents with an easy way to order from the
franchises and provideit in your roomor any around the campus.
3. Key Resources
Key Resources franchises, health center and mess committees are to
considered the key resources.
4. Value Proposition
Following are the value propositions: accessibility, convenience.
The company creates accessibility by enabling restaurants to market
themselves to customers who do not want to visit the physicallocation and
might have difficulty finding their websites online.
The company offers convenience by enabling consumers to place orders from
websites or through its mobile app with a pre-order option also available.
Further, consumers havethe option of picking up orders or having them
delivered, and paying with all major credit cards/debitcards or with COD.
5. Customer Relationships
Customer Relationship is a very important part of a business. In thecase, we
have to have an excellent relationship with the franchises and the consumer
who are the students. Moreover it has to keep good relation with the
committees so that it can work in healthy way without aby problems and
continue its business prospects in fruitful way.
6. Channels
The primary channel of operation will be a mobile app and website based.
Marketing for the app and website will be done through socialmedia pages,
posters, emails and by individuals.
7. Customer Segments
We have a multi-sided business model, with two interdependent customer
segments that are both needed in order to operate:
Students –theseare the people who are willing to order food and snacks
fromanywherearound the corner of the college.
Restaurants –these are the places which provide/deliver the food items
ordered to the respective places
Mess/Healthy Mess at Jindal – Same is the work doneby the mess
committee in accordancewith medical centre if any of the students is ill
or unhealthy.
8. Revenue Stream and Cost Structure
On the initial stage the revenueis kept minimal and trying to minimize the cost
by charging extra rupees on the price of the productthat the student is willing
to purchase. Moreover, in futurewe are thinking of increasing the revenue by
charging tax on the delivery on the price of the product and not by charging on
the prices of the food items. But this might also change as it is very important
keep charging the structureof the revenue and cost according to the
environmentof the business.

Key Partners Key Partners of this food chain is all the all the food item franchises like Dominos, Moti Mehal, Rolls, Subway, Keventers, Amul, etc. Moreover the students, health center and mess committees are to be considered the partners in this food chain. 2. Key Activities Key Activity is to providestudents with an easy way to order from the franchises and provideit in your roomor any around the campus. 3. Key Resources Key Resources franchises, health center and mess committees are to considered the key resources. 4. Value Proposition Following are the value propositions: accessibility, convenience. The company creates accessibility by enabling restaurants to market themselves to customers who do not want to visit the physicallocation and might have difficulty finding their websites online. The company offers convenience by enabling consumers to place orders from websites or through its mobile app with a pre-order option also available. Further, consumers havethe option of picking up orders or having them delivered, and paying with all major credit cards/debitcards or with COD.
  • 3. 5. Customer Relationships Customer Relationship is a very important part of a business. In thecase, we have to have an excellent relationship with the franchises and the consumer who are the students. Moreover it has to keep good relation with the committees so that it can work in healthy way without aby problems and continue its business prospects in fruitful way. 6. Channels The primary channel of operation will be a mobile app and website based. Marketing for the app and website will be done through socialmedia pages, posters, emails and by individuals. 7. Customer Segments We have a multi-sided business model, with two interdependent customer segments that are both needed in order to operate: Students –theseare the people who are willing to order food and snacks fromanywherearound the corner of the college. Restaurants –these are the places which provide/deliver the food items ordered to the respective places Mess/Healthy Mess at Jindal – Same is the work doneby the mess committee in accordancewith medical centre if any of the students is ill or unhealthy. 8. Revenue Stream and Cost Structure On the initial stage the revenueis kept minimal and trying to minimize the cost by charging extra rupees on the price of the productthat the student is willing to purchase. Moreover, in futurewe are thinking of increasing the revenue by charging tax on the delivery on the price of the product and not by charging on the prices of the food items. But this might also change as it is very important keep charging the structureof the revenue and cost according to the environmentof the business.
