Cinnabar Theater conducted a Twitter and social media project from April to June 2010 to improve communication with its audience and increase fans and members. The theater started conversation topics on Twitter, shared blog links, and created short videos to engage the audience. The responses were small to moderate but the goal was to use social media to better connect with the community.
