Sarah-Lee is the Director of Elevation Recruitment Group, a member of the Senior Management
Team. She is also the brand lead for Elevation’s internal marketing team.
Qualifications
• CIM Affiliate & CIM Board Member
• Degree: Media, Communications & Cultural Studies
After university, Sarah-Lee worked in both in-house marketing and agency, followed by a successful
career as senior account manager in a large marketing agency.
Sarah-Lee then moved into recruitment where she started her career at a global recruitment firm as
manager of Marketing and Technical Sales Recruitment.
Following this, in 2012, Sarah-Lee joined Elevation Recruitment Group as board director.

  • 3. Sarah-Lee is the Director of Elevation Recruitment Group, a member of the Senior Management Team. She is also the brand lead for Elevation’s internal marketing team. Qualifications • CIM Affiliate & CIM Board Member • Degree: Media, Communications & Cultural Studies After university, Sarah-Lee worked in both in-house marketing and agency, followed by a successful career as senior account manager in a large marketing agency. Sarah-Lee then moved into recruitment where she started her career at a global recruitment firm as manager of Marketing and Technical Sales Recruitment. Following this, in 2012, Sarah-Lee joined Elevation Recruitment Group as board director.
