Team. She is also the brand lead for Elevation’s internal marketing team.

After university, Sarah-Lee worked in both in-house marketing and agency, followed by a successful
career as senior account manager in a large marketing agency.
Sarah-Lee then moved into recruitment where she started her career at a global recruitment firm as
manager of Marketing and Technical Sales Recruitment.
Following this, in 2012, Sarah-Lee joined Elevation Recruitment Group as board director.
