1st way- awaken to peace
and happiness
Sit with eyes closed in front of
an image of Christ and move
the mind consciously on the
image from top to the toes
repeatedly for 15 minutes.

The 2nd way – take charge of
inner purification

Bring purity of mind by dropping
the negative thoughts every
day.

Yoga always inspires one to
forgive oneself and others. It
can only be done through
contemplation not in words by
sitting daily for a few minutes

4th way – food for one and all
Yoga says, one should divide
one’s belly into four parts – fill
two parts with food, leave one
part for air and fourth is kept
empty for easy digestion and
absorption. However, the best
thing is offering the food
4 consciously to relations, needy
as if coming from Jesus.
