This document provides the dinner menu for Christmas at Harleyford for £35 per person. It includes starters of portobello mushroom soup, chicken and duck liver parfait, and beetroot gravlax. Main courses are traditional roast turkey, slow cooked lamb shank, breast of chicken stuffed with bacon and mushrooms, or baked hake. Dessert options are Christmas pudding, profiteroles, berry cheesecake, or date and ginger pudding. Coffee and mince pies are also provided.
