Fresh cream cheesecake mousse made
using full fat soft cheese set on a ginger
biscuit crumb base with a mandarin
compote in the centre and decorated
with sparkly orange glaze and
caramelised orange zest.

with our vanilla cheesecake and salted
caramel cheesecake slowly baked.
Decorated with rich Belgium chocolate
ganache, swirled with white chocolate
and gold dust.
