Our Opportunity:
The Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) will lead the AI & Blockchain division and work with
Customers, Web-players, and AI Operators to CO-INNOVATE AI Solutions in areas such as IPR Tracking,
Market Monitoring, Report/document QA & reviews and global data retrieval processes. The CDIO will
work with a set of AI & Blockchain solution architects, software developers, User Interface developers, and
business model developers to rapidly prototype solutions with the partners and test out new business
models.
You have:
• Ability to review 100s of potential AI & Blockchain solution scenarios and prioritize what needs to
be built
• Ability to stay focused on selective AI use cases, and show early successes, and scale up over time
• The experience to design“As a Service”and“Outcome based”business models and convince IRMI
Group leaders and partners and customers about why they should pick one model over others.
• The ability to be“hands-on”in the development of AI & Blockchain solutions and testing out
solutions internally as well with customers.
• Established connections within the AI ecosystem of larger companies and startups.
• Leadership and management experience
• Strategic mind, with ability to span into tactical as needed

• Experience defining New Business Models
• Design Thinking knowledge and Rapid Prototyping experience
o 5+ years of experience in technology leadership, BS degree from an accredited university
