Testing of hyperelastic material of the sliding box
Description:The Hyperelastic property of the material is applied for the
component. The material is allowed to slide with a certain
displacement,while sliding in, there will be tension and compression of the
component.The maximum stress is found out while sliding.

Rolling and Sliding contact stress analysis of bevel gear
Description:
The objective of the work is to find the rolling and sliding contact stress of
bevel gear tooth pair.The gear drive design is calculated analytically with the
design procedure with the specified dimensions. The modeling of the bevel
gear tooth pair is done by CATIA software. For the purpose of analysis using
ansys the model is reduced i.e, mating teeth of the bevel gear are only
considered. The hertzian and Non-Hertzian numerical methods are used for
design calculation of the bevel gear. The numerical values are compared with
analysis value. By obtaining the rolling and sliding contact stresses the design
of the bevel gear is verified whether it is safe or not for usage.
