• Designed & developed high Precision customized machines for bonding Lens, Die’s & other parts of SMT board’s
with high accuracy systems equipped with machine vision system.
• Interacting with customer for enquiries, analysis of processes & concept development and the approval of the
same.

Pick & Place Module (Solidworks, AutoCAD)
• Developed the pick & place module with bowl feeder to isolate, orient and pack the components such as sim
pivot & sim ejector in the embossed tape and reel module to facilitate easy pick & place for feeding systems.
Manual Lens & Die Attached (MLA / MDA) (Solidworks, AutoCAD)
• Concept, design & developed the 3 axis high precision bonding machine with the placement accuracy of ±3µm

drawings with necessary GD&T.

motor, gearbox, pneumatic cylinder, hydro-pneumatic/servo-pneumatic press, grippers, sensors & LVDT Etc.,

2. Multi-Spindle Drilling and Milling SPM (Solidworks, AutoCAD)
• Reduced the cycle time by 20% with the high precision LM guide-ways with servo drive and 40% of the operator
setting time by automatic clamping hydraulic fixture.

• Reduced material cost up to 10% in pressing station by optimized analysis in solid works.
• Combined two stations and made crimping and pressing in one station made reduction in design cost up to

• Designed controlled experiments and optimized the input parameters of a process based on the desired output
parameters for Delamination and surface finish in drilling process of a GFRP Composites.
Prediction of thrust force and torque in drilling analysis of Inconel 718 alloy using taguchi’s experimentation and FEA
simulation (Pro-Engineer & Deform 3D)
• Identifying the parameters like speed, feed rate, tool material & geometry, at which machining (drilling) an
Inconel 718 plate will yield smooth and circular holes. A full factorial design using taguchi’s experimentation
technique is done and thus proven with the virtual simulation in FEA software (Deform 3D).
BAJA SAE2013 (Pro-Engineer & Ansys) secured 35th
position in India
The BAJA SAE is a national event for the undergraduate engineering students, organized globally by the Society of
Automotive Engineers.
• Designed inboard braking system for all terrain vehicles which increased the performance of the vehicle by
reducing 35% of un-sprung mass.
• Designed drive train for ATV, gear box coupled with CVT to obtain desired gear ratio, ride comfort & easy
shifting. Achieved 4th
position in acceleration event.
