1. Character profiles and Casting
Characters
Frank:
Frank is a character that joined forces with Charles in the asylum. Frank joined frank after
the two met up in the asylum and decided to stick with each other. The two were not
acquainted with the others in the asylum and knew they were both in the asylum for the
wrong reasons. Frank was put in the asylum because of his lack of intelligence. After he
attacked a man who he thought was breaking into someone’s house, when actually it was
their own house. He was originally sentenced to a prison but because he is unable to read
very well and isn’t the brightest of people and still protested throughout the case that it was
someone random braking into their house, he was declared insane. When he got to the
asylum, he was alone and ended up struggling to mingle with the other patients as they
were generally insane. After 3 years, he might be able to leave the asylum and be declared
sane again, but after an interview it was decided that he would spend another 3 years
before he was granted access leave.
Charles:
Charles is a smart character who also was wrongly convicted of being insane and should’ve
just gone to a regular prison. He was put in a mental asylum when he was in court, but the
judge was an old friend who decided to send him to a mental asylum where he would get
more freedom within the asylum. The reason why he was in court was for murdering two
men who he had accused of stealing but were not even local in the town. In the asylumhe
meets up with Frank, and those two are the sanest people within the asylum. After him and
Frank become friends, they start to plan an escape from the asylum after spending 3 years
he and Frank decide to plan an escape after Frank was denied leave from the asylumafter
the three rehabilitation years he spent there.
Bank Supervisor:
The bank supervisor is a character that is introduced later in the script and the story. The
bank supervisor is a character that we never learn the name of because of business reasons.
After the bank supervisor agrees to help plan the heist, they agree to take the money and
split. The bank supervisor is a very mysterious character because he agrees to help them
without any real persuasion. Also the bank supervisor knows a lot about how to pinpoint
and commit to the robbery that all three are taking part in.

2. Casting:
Nick Frost:
Nick Frost will be playing Frank. In Shaun of the Dead is a very stupid character who is
usually part of a two. He is someone who is the sidekick of someone. For example, Hot Fuzz,
him and Simon Pegg are a good and fitting duo within the filmand the character, Danny,
that Nick Frost plays as is a similar character that he will be playing. Frank is a character that
is part of a duo and isn’t someone that is the brightest.
Jude Law:
Jude Law will be playing the character Charles. In Sherlock Holmes, Jude Law play Dr.
Watson. He is kind of a guide for Sherlock when he is being experimental. He is someone
who is smart and sophisticated which is what Charles is. Although he is smart and
sophisticated, he is primarily evil, so he will be playing more of a desperate evil character
who is looking to steal a big prize before he gets caught on the run.
Daniel Craig:
Daniel Craig is going to play the role of the bank supervisor. The bank supervisor is a
mysterious character that is not open to robbing the bank that he works at because he
knows exactly who they are. He recognises that they are completely insane and desperate
to do something stupid. He then realises that they want his help and understands that the
two are fully committed to stealing from this bank. He uses this to his advantage and leads
the group to an attempt at stealing from the bank.
