Billy is a lonely boy who finds solace only in his books. After being bullied at the park, he retreats to the woods where he begins hearing a mysterious voice and finds a bottle talking to him. The bottle tells Billy not to feel sorry for himself and to strengthen his relationship with his mother, who is also lonely since Billy's father passed away. Billy realizes he needs to help his mother and reconnect with her. He resolves to go home and get his mother back.
The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

June 3, 2024 Anti-Semitism Letter Sent to MIT President Kornbluth and MIT Cor...Levi Shapiro
Letter from the Congress of the United States regarding Anti-Semitism sent June 3rd to MIT President Sally Kornbluth, MIT Corp Chair, Mark Gorenberg
Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. The Committee followed the hearing with letters to those institutions on January 10, 202

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

FADE IN:
EXT. SCHOOL. DAY
We are greeted with a wide shot of the school. The school is deserted but
Billy has stayed behind after school in the Library. Billy is now walking home
from school. He continues to read the book “Boy in striped Pyjamas”.
A montage of him walking home is choreographed to sad and lonely violin
music.
Billy finds 20p on the floor, picks is up and puts it in his pocket. he picks it up
with a slight smile on his face because he seems to think that the 20p was left
there for him by someone. He then continues the walk home.
BILLY
Ooo thank you very much
He carries on walking home, he acknowledges no one who
walks past him or who he sees. He knows how anti-social
people of the modern-day have become and accepts it.
He then reaches his house and opens the door to his house.
INT. HOME. DAY
Billy opens the door to his house and begins to walk upstairs. He doesn't
seem excited at all to be home. He seems more concerned with the house
rather than happy to be home.
BILLY
Hello Mom
Mom is sat in living room watching the tele and completely ignores her son.
Billy seems slightly concerned but doesn't bother confronting his mom about
her status. Billy acts as if he is used to being ignored by his mom and walks
up stairs. He opens the door to his room and closes it. He sits on his bed and
opens his bag and starts to carry on reading his book. The character from the
book begins to read some of the extract. He reads that Bruno feels lonely and
feels as if he has no one to turn to.
Billy Voice over
*Reads extract from book about bruno feeling lonely*
3. 2.
The scene slowly fades to black. Billy falls asleep while the voice over distorts
and fades away.
The sound of an alarm clock goes off and Billy suddenly wakes up to the
ringing. He turns the alarm clock off and sits at the side of the bed
contemplating his existence. he then gets up, heads downstairs with his bag
and his book .
He heads downstairs for the door.
Billy
Bye Mom
As he says his farewells he stops and stares for a moment
at his mom who is asleep and in the same position from
last night but this time with empty alcoholic beverage
bottles on the floor and tables.
EXT. PARK. DAY
He heads towards the park and finds a bench away from
people. He sits on it and pulls out his book from his
rucksack and begins to read from where he thinks he left
off. Before he can find the page, his book is flung out
his hands and lands across the park.
Billy says nothing and avoids eye contact with the person
who did it, as if he already knows who it is. The bully
stands there for a few moments and then wonders off as if
his work is done.
Billy then picks up the book, dusts it off, sits back on
the bench and again starts to contemplate his existence.
Billy
As sad as it sounds, books are my only friends in this
world.
He looks around at his surroundings and realises places
like this are not for him. He looks at his book.
4. 3.
Billy
Places like this aren’t for us anyway.
He packs his stuff up and heads for the woods where he
thinks he will be alone. He goes towards the woods.
EXT. WOODS. DAY
Billy starts to walk through the woods, looking for a
place where he can be alone and isolate himself away from
the world.
As he is walking he notices a whispering voice that seems
to be near him.
He nervously looks around, but he notices nothing. He
carries on walking ignoring what he just heard. As he
walks further the whispering is heard again.
Billy
Hello?
He smiles because he believes someone is interacting with
him for once. He continues to look around but again sees
nothing. His smile wears off as genuinely no one is
around him.
Billy
Sorry, I'm not used to fun and games.
Your making me feel uncomfortable.
Billy begins to get very anxious and nervous in the woods
as there is till no sign of anything. There are short and
quick snapshots of different areas of the woods and also
some first person shots of pan movements looking around.
There will also an arc shot then followed up with a
trombone shot of Billy. This will when Billy realises
what is talking to him.
There will then be a close up of the specific bottle.
This bottle will have not been in the surroundings
originally. Billy looks at this bottle in confusion, then
looks around, and then back at the bottle.
5. 4.
Billy
HA! Im going insane.
Billy walks over to the bottle. He picks up the bottle
and examines it in confusion. He scans the area again
because he refuses to take in that a bottle is making him
insane. He looks at the bottle in a disgraced look, and
again refuses to believe that a bottle is messing with
his head.
Bottle
Billy!?
Billy drops the bottle and takes a few steps back. He
takes a few seconds to bring himself together. He goes
back towards the bottle, picks it up and starts to speak
to the bottle.
Billy
Hello?
There is a long awaited answer for the reply. Billy waits
patiently for the voices to start again.
Billy
Hello? Was that you? Can you speak
bottle!?
He again waits patiently for the reply. As soon as he is
about to come back to reality the bottle speaks.
Bottle
Billy. There is no point in feeling sorry
for yourself.
Billy
What!?
Bottle
In times in need you have no one to turn
to!
Billy
You’re a bottle what do you know. Bottles
dont feel emotions. You know nothing.
Your just plastic.
Bottle
6. 5.
I may be a plastic bottle, and i may not
be human. But what you know about being
alone, i know too. A bottle has nowhere
to go when its been thrown out. A bottle
is unable to speak to other bottles.
Bottles cannot move, see, hear, think.
Bottles are never companied by anyone.
But you, you are human. You can see, hear
and think. You can make places to turn
to. Friendship is a responsibility, not
an opportunity.
Billy
But I dont. I have no friends, no family
and that is rectified by the fact that
I'm talking to a bottle.
Bottle
Put yourself in the shoes of others. Your
mother. She is lonely. But she has a
reason to be. Your fathers passing cannot
dent your relationship. It needs to be
closer than ever, and only you can change
that.
Billy
But how. She doesn't speak t-
Billy turns around and back again only to find that the
bottle was gone. Billy then turns towards the camera.
Billy
Lets go get my mom back.
Billy walks towards the camera and just as he is about to
exit the shot it freezes and the title comes back up.
