This document lists antigens that are denatured or have enhanced reactivity with antibodies when treated with blood bank enzymes. The M, N, S, s, Fya, and Fyb antigens are denatured by enzymes like ficin, papain, and bromelin. Meanwhile, treating red blood cells with ficin and papain enhances the reactivity of the I, i, and Kidd antigens with their respective antibodies. Certain antigens like P1 are resistant to enzyme treatment.
