2. CONSTRUCTION??
• It is the act of constructing something
• While, Standard Industrial Classification are:
Ø erecting and repairing of buildings, roads, bridges, steel
and reinforced concrete structures and other civil
engineering work such as laying sewers and gas mains,
erecting overhead line supports and aerial masts, etc.
Ø specialisations include demolition and new construction
work, such as asphalting, flooring, glazing, painting,
plumbing, plastering, roofing and installation of
mechanical and electrical apparatus.
Ø Hiring of plants and scaffold are also counted.

• In shorter words, construction is a process of
combining and organizing people like firms and
