Picking the team
The potential scale of the programme is such that it requires senior
leadership/project management from within the organisation. Without
such leadership the programme will simply deliver a number of
disparate incremental changes
Role description
The Project Manager provides the link between the Leadership and the
Change Team. They will keep the programme focused on the agreed
objectives and drive the programme forward to ensure it is kept on
schedule.
