1. Changes to the pitch
After we did the pitch to the client we quickly learnt what we were lacking and what we needed to
change to the pitch, this was mainly about the production side for creating the video and what roles
we were all going to take up. To change this we added another large section to the proposal about
what role each individual was doing and what they were planning to do in the future. This made our
proposal look a lot more professional and let the client know a lot more about who he would need
to speak to about each individual project. This also let us know what we were going to be doing in
the future and enabled us to speak more clearly about our part of the project. For the production
element of the pitch we went into a lot more detail about the different styles of camera and
equipment that we were going to be using. We also went into more detail about who we were
planning on interviewing for the project, where we were going to conduct the interviews and the set
up that we were going to use. This gave the client more of an idea on how we hope to set up the
project and how we wanted to use the different lighting equipment in the studio.
