Directions: Write TRUE if the

-Solid materials can be
cut. When cut, these
materials may change their
size and shape. No new
material is formed. Only the
physical appearance is
changed.
-Not all solid materials
can be cut using simple
scissors. Some solid
materials, like steel, can be
cut using sophisticated
cutters (i.e. machine
cutters).
Remember:
Directions: Choose the materials from the
box that can be cut using simple scissors.
-stone -stainless steel -cabinet
-juice -plastic cover -colored paper
-diamond -leaves -newspaper
-string -beans -magazines
-plastic -eco bag -shampoo
-sachet -cartolina -water
-pail made of steel - disposable cup
-Solid materials can be
cut. When cut, these
materials may change their
size and shape. No new
material is formed. Only the
physical appearance is
changed.
-Not all solid materials
can be cut using simple
scissors. Some solid
materials, like steel, can be
cut using sophisticated
cutters (i.e. machine
cutters).
Remember:
Make paper cuts to spell out
your whole name. Paste your
output on an A4 bond paper.
Precaution: Seek the guidance of your
parents/ guardians or more knowledgeable person
on doing the activity. Using scissors may cause you
harm. Handle it with care.
