 Knowing how to improve performance with both instructional and non-instructional methods.
 Selecting the right instruction, expecting learners to have certain skills, finding ways to assess the
individual learner, and time constraints (Constructivism).
 Designing effective courses and the “digital divide.”
 Choosing the right Social Media tool and providing enough structure that supports learning objectives.
 Finding or creating Educational Games that review specific learning goals and time constraints.
 Identify types of learning outcomes.
 Students can get distracted by texting or browsing other websites while using their mobile devices for
learning.
