Youth unemployment in Indonesia is very high at 19.9%, which is the highest in the Asia Pacific region. Youth have 4.6 times more difficulty finding jobs than adult workers. This high rate of youth unemployment could lead to issues like low economic growth, poverty, and brain drain. The document proposes creating a startup community center and regular gatherings to help youth develop business ideas and plans to become young entrepreneurs and create jobs for other unemployed youth. The goal is to help 10 young entrepreneurs create over 50 jobs in the first year.
