This document discusses the impacts of climate change on global agriculture and food security. It argues that [1] farmers, especially in developing countries, are particularly vulnerable to climate change but lack access to technologies and information that could help with adaptation; [2] an interactive information system is needed to provide farmers with early warnings, advice on agricultural practices, and weather updates to facilitate climate-resilient farming; and [3] developed countries should prioritize supporting farmers in developing countries who are on the front lines of climate change through funding for adaptation technologies and services.
