Steps to transforming radiology operations
Collaboration is the key to any successful implementation, and GE Healthcare
is ready to assist with deep expertise at every step in the process. Stakeholder
alignment on objectives and expectations from beginning to end ensures

Establish goals
In this phase, radiology department leaders measure baseline performance and
identify improvement areas, with defined targets based on internal and external

Technology adoption
This phase includes installation and configuration of the application hardware and
software, mapping of data sources and workflow systems, and the development of key
