2-day event: Exchange of Practices 
How to encourage entrepreneurship in education to develop entrepreneurship among young people

1.) Short summary of the event 
The two - day event was organized as a part of CENTRES project (Creative Entrepreneurship in Schools). The main goal of this event was to transfer good practices, models and methodology relevant to teaching creativity and entrepreneurship within the pilot implemented in UK to Slovenian teachers. 
2.) Participants 
The event was attended by 70 attendees: 
• 35 teachers and principals gathered from 30 different School programs in Slovenia 
• 10 representatives from Slovenian central institution for the development of vocational education and training (CPI) 
• 4 representatives from Ministry of Education, Science and Sport: 
- Aleš Ojsteršek, Bureau for Development of Education, Director 
- Slavica Černoša, Sector for Secondary Education 
- Tjaša Štamcar, Ministry of Education, Science and Sport 
- Maja Krušič Šega, Senior Adviser for European affairs and Enterpreneurship 
• 5 employees from CEED 
• 15 enterpreneurs from various companies, such as Infotehna, Epilog, Hedoni, BB Consulting, Dinocolor, Sila consulting and Ti.Povej. 
In addition to this, we also held a press conference, where CEED Slovenia presented the CENTRES project to journalists from four different Slovene media houses: 24ur, Svet, STA and Planet siol. 
3.) Event programme 
Barbara Bregar-Mrzlikar, director of CEED Slovenia, opened the event by presenting the results and aims of CENTRES project, which wants to engage students in practical business. 
The opening was followed by a 2-day training for teachers by Jonathan Clitheroe & Paula Windzar, lead consultant at Real Ideas Organization (RIO), who presented the pilot practice that was implemented in UK and trained the Slovene teachers/mentors how to lead students through an entrepreneurial education step by step, presenting methodology and new practices to encourage creative and innovative thinking in pupils.

4.) Project results 
The result of this project is that 30 teachers of 30 different school programs have been equipped by the Slovene as well as English methodology for working with pupils to equip them with entrepreneurial and creative process. The Ministry of Slovenia decided to support the methodology from CENTRES, so that it will not stop only by equipping the teachers with the knowledge but they will actually run the trainings back in there schools and will be supported by Slovene entrepreneurs. This means that through this project activity we have reached 30 school programs and 60 entrepreneurial projects run by pupils in those schools.
