This document contains a survey for teachers who participated in the CENTRES (Creative Entrepreneurship in Schools) project. The project was funded by the European Commission to teach entrepreneurship skills to students. The survey contains questions for teachers about what new skills students developed, what challenges they faced, what students and teachers learned, and how the school will approach entrepreneurship education in the future.
