The proposal outlines a pilot project to help students transition to the labor market through career mentoring. It will directly engage 20 students from 10 schools and train 10 teachers from those schools as career mentors. Through dissemination, it aims to reach 20 more schools, 600 additional teachers, and 3,500 career mentors. A key part is developing an e-learning program to train additional mentors and linking students, mentors, and local employers.
