Celtic men and women wore simple linen tunics and jackets, with men sometimes wearing short trousers or shorts as well. Wealthier Celtic men would wear a leine tunic down to the knees or a brat cloak to show their status, while women's leines and brats were sleeveless and fell to the ankles. Men also commonly wore inar robes and truis pants secured above the knee. Both sexes accessorized with belts and pouches, and men additionally wore armlets, while women sometimes enhanced their eyebrows and cheeks with plant dyes.
