25. Mobile CDN
Significantly reduces mobile data
traffic which is growing exponentially
with the increase of smartphones.
Enhances mobile user experience
with Radio Access Network (RAN)
acceleration.
These benefits are realized by the
following technologies:
Text compression which reduces
mobile data traffic without changing
content
Video pacing which reduces excessive
progressive video downloading
TCP acceleration which is delicately
tuned to fit the mobile operator’s
network environment
27. Cloud Security
Protection of websites via DDoS mitigation;
CDN delivery in front of the origin; and
proactive site monitoring and alerting
Protection of customer data by applying and
supporting leading security methods and
standards, such as PCI compliance, secure
socket layer, and digital rights management

Russia is the eighth largest economy in the world, measured by market exchange rates
Russia is a geographically vast market, spanning nine time zones & encompassing over 17 million square miles.
In Russia, services are the biggest sector of the economy & account for 58% of GDP, yet it’s an area in which Russia is not particularly competitive. Russia employs 65% of its labor force in services (primarily in wholesale & retail trade followed closely by public administration, health & education). 27% of Russian workers are employed in industry & 8% in agriculture.
Russia’s unemployment rate is currently at 5.4%
Russia’s labor productivity is currently only 36% of that in the U.S., so there are significant gains to be made from improvements in productivity (source: OECD)
Jobs created by FDI projects increased by 60% in 2012. This gave Russia the second position in job creation in Europe last year, up from sixth place in 2011. Moscow & St. Petersburg became the hot spots for technology investment. Source – Ernest & Young 2013
Russia leads the BRICs in GDP per capita
According to the Moscow times there are two new laws affecting Russian websites & users.
1. Russia Anti-Piracy Law:
The legislation will come into force on August 1.
It will allow copyright holders to ask courts to block access to allegedly pirated content as well as hyperlinks to such content.
Whole websites can be blacklisted under the law
Anti-piracy law may even cause the biggest online encyclopedia, Wikipedia, to be blocked in the country2. Black Listing:
Last November, a new law came into effect allowing government agencies to blacklist websites deemed to be promoting suicide, illegal drugs or child pornography.
About 150 websites were on the blacklist as of July 1
