The rapid advancement in Technology, particularly in a modern office environment, a wide and vast range of information has become easily available at employees fingertips. So the minimum expectation of a modern workplace is to keep the employees motivated, innovative and happy. Happiness at work is far more than job satisfaction. Happy employees are better employees. Happiness is an entirely subjective feeling of well-being experienced by the person, characterized by the presence of positive emotions and the absence of negative emotions. In this paper we discuss about Workplace happiness of men and women using Bidirectional Associative Memory (BAMs). We see that happiness related to subjective well-being plays a vital role in workplace happiness. So we use Bidirectional Associative memories to study the impact of happiness related to subjective well-being in Workplace happiness. The first section gives the concept of Workplace happiness. These comments are translated and adapted from a seminar
presented by Professor Loris Malaguzzi in Reggio Emilia,
Italy, June 1993.
There are hundreds of different images of the child.
Each one of you has inside yourself an image of the
child that directs you as you begin to relate to a child.
This theory within you pushes you to behave in
certain ways; it orients you as you talk to the child,
listen to the child, observe the child. It is very
difficult for you to act contrary to this internal image.
For example, if your image is that boys and girls are
very different from one another, you will behave
differently in your interactions with each of them.
The environment you construct around you and the
children also reflects this image you have about the
child. There’s a difference between the environment
that you are able to build based on a preconceived
image of the child and the environment that you can
build that is based on the child you see in front of you
— the relationship you build with the child, the
games you play. An environment that grows out of
your relationship with the child is unique and fluid.
The quality and quantity of relationships among you
as adults and educators also reflects your image of
the child. Children are very sensitive and can see and
sense very quickly the spirit of what is going on
among the adults in their world. They understand
whether the adults are working together in a truly
collaborative way or if they are separated in some
way from each other, living their experience as if it
were private with little interaction.
Posing Important Questions
When you begin working with children in the
morning, you must, as adults, pose questions about
the children, such as: “When are these children really
going to begin socializing?” And at the same time
the children will pose questions to the adults: “When
are the adults really going to begin socializing?” This
is a dialogue that needs to be continual between the
adults and the children. The adults ask questions
from the world of adults to the children. The
children will ask questions to the adults. The expec-
tations that the children have of the adults and the
adults have of the children are important. We must
spend some time talking about these expectations.
The family — mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, grand-
parents — is also involved in this questioning. Daily
Your Image of the Child:
Where Teaching Begins
by Loris Malaguzzi
they need to ask: “What is this child doing in the
school?”
It’s very probable that once a day, maybe twice or
three times or many times a day, the children are
asking themselves: “What is my mother doing?”
“What is my father doing?” “What is my brother or
my sister doing?” “Are they having more fun than I
am?” “Are they bored?”
The school we are talking about is not the school you
are familiar with in the past, but it is something that
you can hope for.

https://bit.ly/BabeSideDoll4u Babeside is a company that specializes in creating handcrafted reborn dolls. These dolls are designed to be incredibly lifelike, with realistic skin tones and hair, and they have become increasingly popular among collectors and those who use them for therapeutic purposes. At Babeside, we believe that our reborn dolls can provide comfort and healing to anyone who needs it.
The Healing Power of Babeside's Handcrafted Creations
Our reborn dolls are more than just beautiful pieces of art - they can also help alleviate stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Studies have shown that holding or cuddling a soft object like a stuffed animal or a reborn doll can release oxytocin, which is often referred to as the "love hormone." This hormone helps us feel calm and relaxed, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.
In addition to their physical benefits, reborn dolls can also offer emotional support. For many people, having something to care for and nurture can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Reborn dolls can also serve as a reminder of happy memories or loved ones who have passed away.
Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
1. Respect The true road to infant security and a healthy relationship with the child in your care.
2. Imagine… … you are upset and someone thrusts a spoon in your mouth. … you are angry and someone grabs you and strips your clothes off you. … you are sleepy, happy and content until someone grabs you and puts you in a cot.
3. Now Imagine… … how you would feel if someone explained you were hungry and they were going to give you something to eat now. … how you would feel if someone explained you were wet and they were going to change you out of the wet clothes. ... How you would feel if someone explained you were sleepy and they were putting you into a warm bed.
4. This is what it means to show respect to an infant. In a world where infants have little to no control over their environment, it is up to us to give them the opportunity to understand that we are there to care for them, that we understand their emotions, and we hear them. Respect is what gives them a chance to understand and to learn from their environment.
5. Respect is something we like to teach; respect for our elders, respect for the environment, respect for our selves. It is unfortunate, however, that what we rarely teach a child is that we respect them in turn. We want to model respect to our children and the first step is remembering to show respect to them.
6. First, we need to make sure that the environment we have in place for our child is appropriate, that they can play safely, with small risks that can build in skills and in self esteem. We need to make sure that there is space for the children to learn and play and for us to nurture them and care for them.
7. We need to teach our children respect by talking to them. When we are changing diapers, we should be telling the child what we are doing, giving them the respect of an explanation when they don’t know what is happening in their world. Not only does this give the child our respect, but it helps to build a solid child/caregiver relationship, when we take these small built in moments to give them our full attention.
8. When feeding time comes around, by talking to our children we allow them the time to prepare for what is to come. This is the simplest and best way to show our children that we respect and care for them.
9. Every time we talk to our children before we do something to them, we teach them respect. Respect begins and ends with what we teach. We need to make sure we are giving our children not only the physical care they need, but that we are reaching out to their social and emotional needs as well.
10. Emotionally understood babies are much happier babies. Imagine what sort of happy, healthy children we could be encouraging if we all just taught a little more respect.
