Objectives
1. To show basic skills on enquiry, investigation, application and presentation of relevant information.
Learning Outcomes
1. Able to describe the historical development of human civilization.
2. Able to develop skills of data gathering.
3. Able to demonstrate good documentation and presentation skills.
Task
Students are assigned to group of 6 or 7 and will be given a topic to be presented. In each slot, there will be a group
presenting and a group conducting peer assessment. Each group is given 35-40 minutes to present their
presentation. Below are the presentation outline, you may include video, images, or any media deemed best to
demonstrate the content to you audience. There will be a 5 minutes Q&A session from the audience after every
presentation.

2. Peer Assessment
Students must provide assessment to the presenting group a week in advance from date given. Students in peer
assessment must have findings of the same topics, to be submitted together as presentation note to the lecturers.
Assessment scheme must be a total of 20%. At the end of the presentation, this team MUST submit – A print
out handout note of presentation, assessment scheme and peer assessment (to be completed on the day of
presentation).
