35. Now go to AVAYA Site Admin. Select E-Bookers Server. Click on “Advance” on left hand pane and click the option “Start Emulation”. On the command line type “Display Alarms”. Click enter from the menu. Again click enter and it will display you list of alarms.
36. Now match the alarm ID of the ticket, if it is present copy it from AVAYA site admin and place it in the work log and add in the acceptance email as well.
37. If not there, just mention in email that “Alarm is no more there.
